The main feature and function of the mask making machine

The mask making machine is mainly composed of body machine, flap conveyor line and two ear belt welding machines. After the main machine outputs the mask body, the mask body sheet is transported to the turnover mechanism through the conveyor belt structure. The mask disc is turned over to the conveyor belt connected with the ear belt machine by the turnover machine, and then the mask sheet is transferred to the upper part of the front mask disc of the ear belt machine by the conveyor belt, and then the mask sheet is placed on the mask disc of the ear belt machine by pressing down the air cylinder, and then the ear belt machine is used to complete the welding of the ear belt of the mask, so as to complete the production of external ear belt mask products. The whole line is a one-to-two structure. The full-automatic mask machine is controlled by PLC and touch screen. The main conveyor belt is transported by single-phase motor, and the stepping motor is overturned, driven and controlled stably.
